1688 stock.
From supplier
to your UK warehouse.
Buy your first batch, combine orders from several suppliers or replenish a product line. We can help with the purchasing, agreed checks and China-side consolidation your next stock shipment needs.
Find your starting pointYour first 1688 purchase
You have product links or reference photos and need help asking suppliers about price, order terms or samples. Start with the items you want and an approximate quantity; exact variants can follow.

Useful details, if available
- Product links or reference images, with the features that must match
- Target quantities and any sample or checking requirements
- The UK delivery postcode and the date you hope to have stock
Review the supplier’s quote, quantities and order terms. Agree who places and pays for the order, the service fees and when your approval is needed.
Several suppliers, one stock plan
One supplier is ready while another is still producing. List each order separately so you can decide which goods to ship together and which to hold for a later shipment.

Useful details, if available
- One line per supplier order, with product, quantity and order reference
- Confirmed readiness or China-side receipt details, with estimates marked
- Required checks, packing changes and UK warehouse receiving instructions
Choose the goods to release, keep delayed or disputed items on hold, and review any extra cost of splitting the shipment before dispatch.
Replenishing an existing line
Send the previous approved specification or sample record with the quantities you need next. Flag any earlier defects, packing problems or changes you want the supplier to make.

Useful details, if available
- The previous order reference and approved specification or sample record
- New quantities, packaging revisions and any earlier delivery issues
- Your receiving requirements and intended replenishment date
Reconfirm availability, price, packing and checking scope for this order. Approve any substitution or specification change before it is made.
Know what happens
before goods move.
Buying, checks and freight may have separate charges. The quote sets out the stock shipment and handover to your UK warehouse or agreed business address. Share your own warehouse or 3PL’s goods-in instructions.
Purchasing
Record the supplier, product specification and payment stages. Name who can approve a substitution or change in price.
Checking
Choose what will be checked, how many units and which photos or records you need. Decide how opened, defective or held goods will be handled.
Reconcile stock after checkingUK delivery
List the goods released for shipping, import responsibilities and quoted charges. Include warehouse booking, labels and any pallet requirements.

PREPARE THE RECEIVING POINT
Plan the warehouse handover while stock is in China.
Ask your warehouse or 3PL about booking references, labels, pallets and unloading. Keep those instructions with the approved packing list so the freight plan covers the final handover.
Send your links
and the work you need.
Email or WhatsApp a product link or photo, approximate quantity and UK postcode. Tell us whether you are still comparing suppliers, have already paid or have goods waiting to ship. Missing weights or final quantities can be added later.
