China consolidation & UK delivery
Give each supplier order a place in one shipping plan. We coordinate China-side receipt and consolidation, then quote delivery around your goods, destination and warehouse requirements.
Explore this serviceHave supplier orders to bring together?
Use consolidation and shipping support when goods from one or more suppliers need a shared dispatch plan to a UK warehouse. The plan accounts for orders that are ready and those still outstanding. Useful shipment details include:
- Product descriptions, shipment value and supplier order references
- Packed carton quantities, weights and dimensions, or marked estimates
- China-side collection or receipt details, order references and any packing changes
- The UK postcode, warehouse receiving rules and target delivery date
Bring your supplier orders together
Track which orders have arrived before committing to a consolidated dispatch. Share the supplier list and expected cartons so receipt, outstanding items and any agreed handling can be coordinated.
- Supplier and order references for each incoming delivery
- China-side receipt and consolidation arrangements
- Agreed checking, repacking or labelling requirements
- A confirmed dispatch instruction for the available goods
Compare the whole shipping scope
A useful freight quotation needs more than a price per kilogram. Product type, packed dimensions, weight, value, routing and the final delivery address all affect the plan. Confirm the included charges and the responsibilities for customs and delivery in writing.
- The transport option and the point where the quoted journey starts and ends
- The chargeable-weight or volume basis and quotation validity
- Customs arrangements, tax treatment and required records
- UK delivery access, unloading and appointment requirements
Prepare for warehouse receipt
A shipment is only ready for its final leg when the receiving warehouse can accept it. Confirm the postcode, booking process, carton or pallet requirements and delivery contact before dispatch. Any target date is reviewed against the proposed route and current shipment conditions.
Carry supplier references into the shipment record
Keep the supplier orders, SKU references and carton information connected as goods move from receipt to packing. Confirm how quantities, packing changes and outstanding items will be recorded within the agreed handling scope. A repeat order still needs current packed measurements and the receiving warehouse’s instructions.
- Supplier order references and the goods selected for this dispatch
- Packed carton references, contents and confirmed measurements
- Instructions for remaining stock and any unresolved receipt question
Approve a shipment with a defined delivery scope.
Your shipping plan brings the available supplier orders, agreed handling and destination requirements together. The quotation should identify the transport option, charging basis, validity and included charges. Confirm import responsibilities, records and final delivery arrangements before approving dispatch.

A few useful answers.
Can you combine orders from multiple suppliers?
Yes. Share the supplier and order list so we can agree China-side receipt, consolidation, any additional handling and the dispatch plan.
Can you deliver to my UK warehouse or fulfilment partner?
Warehouse delivery can be scoped around the destination. Provide the address, postcode and receiving rules, including any booking, labelling, pallet or unloading requirements.
How much does shipping cost?
The quotation depends on the goods, packed weight and dimensions, shipment value, transport option, handling and destination. Send these details so the quotation can state its inclusions and conditions.
Are customs duty and VAT included?
Check the specific quotation. Before you approve it, confirm who handles the declaration, who is recorded as importer, which charges are included and which import records you will receive.
Can the previous shipment measurements be reused for a repeat order?
Earlier measurements can help prepare an estimate if labelled as previous figures. Confirm the current packing, carton count, dimensions and gross weight before the final freight and dispatch decision.
What if one supplier changes the packing before consolidation?
Ask for the updated carton details and identify the affected order. Review any change to handling, labels, the packing list and the freight quotation before approving dispatch.
