Handling, loading & checksPage 2
Forklifts, scanning and loading put attention on the handovers between storage and transport. For a buyer, useful evidence records the agreed work: which goods were handled, what was checked and which cartons were released for dispatch.

Specify useful photographs
Ask for views that answer a question: the product detail, carton label, counted group or visible issue. A general action photograph cannot replace an agreed inspection.
Resolve exceptions
Record shortages, damage and items awaiting approval. Give a clear instruction for each exception so it is not lost inside a consolidated shipment.
Connect loading to the list
Keep the released carton count and dispatch reference together. Send the receiver the information needed to check the handover against the packing list.
For your order
Write down the evidence you expect before the work starts. Then compare received quantities, inspection results and the dispatch list before approving shipment.
